At Peek Speed Dating, there is a minimum age of 21. Beyond 21, there is no general age limit for our events. However, each event has a specific age range tailored to the preferences of the participants. We understand that age is just a number, and we welcome individuals of all ages to join our events and experience the excitement of speed dating. If you find yourself just outside the specified age range for a particular event but are still interested in attending, you are more than welcome to purchase a ticket and join us.
Yes, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you find yourself unable to attend an event after purchasing a ticket, you can email us for a refund or transfer your ticket to another person. Simply contact us with the details of the person who will be attending in your place, and we’ll handle the transfer for you. Please note that ticket transfers must be requested within a reasonable timeframe before the event to allow for proper arrangements. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy our events, so transferring your ticket to a friend or family member is a great way to share the experience.
While we recommend arriving on time, latecomers are still welcome to join the event whenever they arrive. However, please note that you may miss out on certain activities or introductions if you arrive late. Aim to arrive promptly to make the most of your speed dating experience. If you anticipate being delayed, feel free to contact us for guidance.
While we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, cancellations are generally non-refundable. Though exceptions may be granted for genuine emergencies. To qualify for a refund (excluding the transaction fees), provide advance notice at least 72 hours before the event. Please note that last-minute cancellations will not be reimbursed.
